Aktivitätsbeschreibung
Abseiling is all about using a rope and other specialised equipment to descend a cliff. The serene Kaaimans Gorge holds one of the most beautiful abseil spots you will find.
You have a chance to do two 45 metre abseils right next to a magnificent waterfall. The first abseil is an easy one, to get you used to the idea of trusting the ropes and the second one is slightly more technical however, it is just as exhilarating.
What also makes this site special is that you land in a canoe at the bottom. You don't need to have abseiled before however, this activity is not for the fainthearted! It is also important to remember to wear shoes with good grip that won't slip.
Spend the afternoon abseiling next to the magnificent Swart River Waterfall and land in a boat at the bottom (you won’t get wet unless you want a swim). The excursion includes at least two 45m abseils.
This activity lasts between 3 to 5 hours, depending on the group and weather conditions.
