The Salzach is the perfect rafting river for those who are looking for pure adventure!
You will raft between Eschenau and Schwarzach, being able to enjoy the water-rich river, as well as an impressive landscape. Let the guides lead you through passages with high waves for a sporty rafting experience.
The mixture of calm and really demanding passages makes rafting on the Salzach a unique experience.
Depending on the water level this tour is suitable for rafting beginners as well as for rafting pros. Especially in the summer, the Salzach usually has a good water level.
Come and immerse yourself in an outdoor adventure of a special kind - rafting through rapids and finding ways through obstacles - what could be better!
After meeting your tour guides and receiving your equipment, you will leave to the starting point. There you will be briefed and introduced to the various commands for the rafting trip. Safety always comes first, and that's why the briefing will be done by specially trained guides.
River class: Demanding whitewater passages.
Difficulty 3-4, depending on the water level.
Tour distance: 11 km
You need to be able to swim.
Children from 12 to 18 need to bring a consent from their parents or legal guardian.
Special terms
For hygienic reasons, wearing tennis socks in neoprene shoes is recommended.
For people with glasses, the use of contact lenses or sports glasses is recommended.
