Very enjoyable and well planned out journey from start to finish. The guides were all very friendly, gave easy and informed instruction and helped when needed. My family got to spend personal time with the dogs which is why we scheduled this event. This is a once in a lifetime experience as spending this much time up close with one of natures beautiful creations really made or trip to Canada very special.

We had a great time in the end. Personally I loved how fast the dogs went, but when my 77 year old husband got on the sled (his first time ever) at the far end of the lake with me in the basket, the dogs took off so fast, he could not control the brake because it was too far under the sled for him to reach easily and he ended up falling off and the dogs took off with me sitting. In the end, we knew that it was about his abilities, but they should have done a small test with him first to see how he felt on the sled before the worker on the snowmobile gave the "GO" command for the dogs to go all out. But he did come after us and was able to jump on our sled and stop the dogs. Also, our friends on a different sled/team flipped over on it's side in the woods and the driver shot off. Luckily the rider was able to dig her heels in and stop the sled. Later we laughed about it since no one was seriously hurt but this is something to note.Hubby and friends came out with some bruises and a great time in the end. Just know, be careful, if you are truly not in good strong shape, consider just being the rider. Also, my friend that flipped off is 6'2" and said it was very hard to stay stable because the sled handle was so far down and it was difficult to balance. I, at 5'6" had to grab lower on the side of the sled too, since you really have to balance behind the sled on one foot when applying the brake. I figured it out and loved it, but it would have been easier if the sled was taller so you didn't have to hang so much on the back while breaking, if that makes any sense. Would definitely do it again. We all really loved the experience! Thanks!

So much fun! The dogs were great. The experience was exhilarating. All of the guides were thoughtful and patient.

Nous avons passé un bon moment à faire cette boucle en chien de traîneau. A deux, nous avons pu alterner entre le pilotage du traîneau et la position assise dans le traîneau. La visite du chenil à la fin est intéressante également !

The dogs were beautiful and friendly as was our guide. Unfortunately the weather was icy so the experience was not as fun as it would be in lots of snow.

Vraiment très bien.. des explications courtes et précises pour commencer la ballade à traîneau.. les chiens sont affectueux et on sent bien qu'ils sont heureux de courir.. nous aurions cependant aimé avoir une photo de l'ensemble de l'attelage quand nous avons démarre le tour.. meme facturée 5 dollars ou 10 nous l'aurions achetée

Well recommended, very nice and joyful experience, the dogs are super cute and you can pet them. The ride is on a frozen lake, which makes it even more attractive

Absolutely loved the opportunity to dog sled in Saint Hippolyte. I had the chance to be both the passenger, and the dog musher. The dogs were well cared for extremely friendly. I highly recommend.

Bien organisé! Les gens étaient très sympathiques. On ressent l'amour des chiens. Le refuge est vraiment beau. Les 123 chiens ont l'air tellement heureux et bien éduqués. Je n'ai jamais eu peur pour mes enfants en leur présence.

Un moment extraordinaire. Moi et ma soeur le recommandons vivement !

Parfait pour découvrir les sensations de musher! Les chiens sont supers câlins et mignons! La balade est forte en sensation mais abordable pour tous. On a pu changer de conducteur à moitié du trajet pour que tout le monde profite pleinement de l’expérience.

Une super activité avec de très beaux chiens. Toutefois, un peu déçu car l'initiation est vraiment très courte.

Très agréable, plein de sensations, du bonheur. Cependant il est indiqué ''immersion de 2h'' et mais l'activité totale (balade en traîneau, visite chenil et chocolat) a duré 1h20.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time there, first-time experiencing dog sledding in the cold Quebec winter. There are plenty of other activities around the area as well, e.g. spa, snowmobile, ice fishing, hockey, sight-seeing, or simply walking on the frozen lake.

L'expérience est géniale mais le tour du lac a pris maxi 10 minutes alors que la publicité indique 45 minutes. Le reste du temps a été consacré à caresser les chiens et cinq minutes de formation à la conduite (en tout 25 mn au plus).

The experience is great but one lap around the lake only took 10 minutes while the advertisement was 45 minutes. The rest of the time was spent petting the dogs and five minutes of driver training.

La promenade avec les chiens est un peu courte.

The whole activity was planned and organized just perfect. It was a well-guided adventure with beautiful and strong huskies.

Enceinte de 6 mois, les guides nous ont donné une équipe de chiens bien tranquille. Je suis tellement contente d’avoir fait l’activité avec mon 3 ans et mon mari.
