Paddle, swim, and snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of Brela on this fun-filled sea kayaking adventure from Makarska ! This 4-hour excursion is open to beginners and experienced kayakers alike.
This kayak in Brela adventure begins after meeting your experienced instructor at the meeting point in Makarska. There, you will depart for Brela and the kayak launching site. Upon arrival, you and your group will receive a safety briefing, along with an introduction to basic kayaking and paddling techniques. With your life jacket on, it's time to get into the water! Starting from Jakirusa Bay, a stunning place surrounded by the Biokovo mountains, you will head toward Vrulja Bay. On your journey, your guide will stop to show you the location of an underground freshwater spring that emits an amazing 50 m3 of drinking water per second! Once you've landed on the remote Vrulja Beach, you'll stop for a well-deserved break. Kick back and soak up the sun, enjoy a refreshing swim, or explore the clear blue water of Brela while snorkelling.
In total, you'll cover about 4,6 km (2,8 miles) during this kayak trip from Makarska. Revitalized, you'll head back to the original kayak launching point and be shuttled back to Makarska, content with your fun-filled day on the water!

Activity requirements
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the activity to take place.
All participants must wear Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) at all times while at sea.
Special terms
All equipment used is registered and certified at the EU.
All the professional guides are registered at the Irish Canoe Union and Croatian Mountain Rescue.
Split Adventure reserves the right to cancel the activity should the weather conditions not be suitable or considered dangerous. In case of unfavourable weather conditions, you will be notified at the very least the evening before the activity.
Toilets are available in Brela near the starting point. There are no toilet facilities available during the sea-kayaking trip. Customers are advised to use the toilet facilities in Brela before or after the excursion.
