Come try a rafting excursion down the Nive river near Bidarray with your friends or family with white water expert instructors.

Two solutions are offer to you:
- The Kayak-raft is an inflatable kayak for 1 person. It is considered the 4x4 of kayaks. It's the perfect craftship to discover the natural environment of the Nive river.
- The Cano-raft is an inflatable canoe for 2 people, also called "hot dog" from its creation to the present day. It is considered the 4x4 of canoes

For a discovery of white water in the Basque Country in semi-autonomy, choose the type of boat that you need!

You will cross the gorge of the Nive valley, a wild river with rapids and calm water. The Nive river is classified class II (3). The descent will lead you to Bidarray, a charming and typical Basque village.

The Kayak-raft is an inflatable kayak for 1 person. It is considered the 4x4 of kayaks.

The rafting excursion will take 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the river's water level.

Programme (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours according to the water level):
- Meeting in the center of Ur Ederra, located at the arrival of the rafting descent.
- You can park your car in the parking lot and leave your personal belongings in the school.
- You are equipped with an integral neoprene suit, a jacket and a helmet.
- A shuttle bus takes you to the beginning of the descent with your group.
- Your instructor gives you an explanation about the navigation techniques and the safety instructions.
- You raft down the Nive river over 7 km, interspersed with rock jumping and various animations, until the center, located 40 meters from the river.
- The rafting center is equipped with a photo place, men and women cloakrooms, as well as hot showers.
