- Meet at the Spar car park - CHAMPS DU SOULIER, Lieu-dit 'Champ du Soulier' - D579, 07120 Pradons.
- Equipment set up by your instructor.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, the equipment and the safety rules.
- Approach walk to the cave of 5 minutes.
- Introduction to caving: abseiling, narrow passages and crawling for 2 hours.
- 5 minute walk back to the meeting point.
It is imperative to be in good physical condition to do this activity.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The maximum weight for the wetsuits is 110 kg.
