Perfect to discover the basics of surfing or to get back on your feet, the 2h30 course will take place in the following way:
After getting to know your instructor, you will be able to go and equip yourself with a wetsuit and Alexandre will give you the latest generation board adapted to your level and your size.
You will then go to the spot that best suits your needs and expectations thanks to the school van. Once arrived on the spot you will start your session with a warm up and some pedagogical exercises directly on the sand. Your instructor will also explain to you the different safety rules to be respected for a safe practice.

Once all these steps have been completed, you will go into the water to catch your first waves and discover the extraordinary sensations of surfing.

The spots:
With Surfing Sardine you have the advantage of being able to surf on different spots according to the conditions and your needs thanks to the school's van which allows you to navigate from spot to spot.

- La Palue: Main spot of the Crozon peninsula, you will go there when the conditions are small to medium, beautiful waves guaranteed according to the sandbanks.

- L'anse de Dinan (Goulien): Main withdrawal spot of the peninsula, it will allow you to sail the course even during a storm because it is sheltered from the wind and the big waves. It is the guaranteed safety.
