Activity description
Let's go for half a day of canoe rafting on the Var river from Puget-Théniers near Nice to live strong sensations in white water!
The canoraft, also called hot-dog, is a whitewater sport that combines rafting with its unsinkable inflatable side and the canoe with its double paddle and sitting position. It is a stable and maneuverable boat that can cross the most technical rapids during the sport. Fun and sensational, the canoe raft also knows how to calm down to give you time to admire the landscape.
It is in the heart of the PACA region, not far from Nice, that you will cross the Var river on board your canoraft. Passing through magnificent and unique sites such as the medieval city of Entrevaux, you will keep only superb memories of its descent in white water! At the departure of Puget-Théniers, you will meet your Aquareve instructor who, after a briefing on safety rules and paddle handling, will invite you to get equipped and settle in the canoraft. Then it's off for a half-day of thrills on the Var!
You will make your way across the Var River from the medieval town of Entrevaux to the Gorges de la Mescla. There are five different discovery paths available with fun and exciting sections to spice up your canoe trip near Nice!
