Activity description

If you want to exercise while discovering the history and territory of Normandy, this activity is for you!

Stand Up Paddle aka SUP is a recent sport that comes directly from French Polynesia. Standing on a board with a paddle, you will slide on a calm sea in the best possible conditions.

Departing from Colleville sur Mer, you will discover the incredible site of Omaha Beach, mythical place of Normandy. Standing on your board, you will paddle on the waters of the west coast. After a technical and safety briefing, you will practice situational exercises with your instructor before going for an excursion in the beautiful panorama offered by the Normandy coast and its landing beaches.

Accessible to all, and at all levels, you will learn to find balance on your board, a funny moment to share with family or friends or colleagues.

You will discover through anecdotes of the instructor: the history, the environment, and the territory of Normandy which have no more secrets for him while strengthening your abdominal belt!

Come challenge the sea currents of the Channel in a historic place !
