Rent a snowscoot and enjoy an hour of introduction to this new winter sport with Edgar Ferreira in the resort of Val Cenis Vanoise.
The snowscoot is a winter sport accessible to all, fun and easy to learn! It's a hybrid between a BMX and a snowboard, it offers new possibilities for the pleasure of skiing and freestyling.
It consists of a frame, 2 boards which are similar to snowboards, a fork and a handlebar in order to guide the front board. The backboard is attached to the frame.
Edgar Ferreira from Snowscoot Glisse offers you a one-hour introduction to snowscoot in Val Cenis, the largest ski resort in Haute-Maurienne, Alps.
Programme:
- You show up in his shop in the morning at 8:45 am or in the afternoon at 12:15 pm.
- To start, he shows you an 8-minute introductory video with a coffee, which gives him time to prepare the equipment and the rental contract.
- Then, he takes you for 1 hour of initiation on the track of the 'Escargot' which is the longest in Europe (about 10km)!
- At the end of the initiation, you are autonomous to continue your half or full day of snowscoot.
- At the end of your session, you bring back the equipment and give your feedback to Edgar around a cup of coffee.
