Activity description
Welcome to one of the most famous surfing destinations in France: Seignosse.
Authentic Surf School has been created by two surf and ocean lovers. They will welcome you in Seignosse to discover the joys of the first glides with a board but also to better understand the dangers of the ocean.
Do you want to know the basics of surfing? Then the training course formula is the right one for you. The longer your course is, the better your progress will be! With our different formulas you will be able to do your first take-off, your first turns, generate your own speed but also to familiarise yourself with the different rules of priorities and safety to know, for a good practice of this sport.
Sessions proceed:
After arriving at the surf school in Seignosse, you will put on a wetsuit and lycra so that you are equipped and ready to discover surfing. After a short warm-up on the beach and a briefing according to your level and the surf conditions, it's time to get in the water!
During the sessions, you will be accompanied by the two instructors from Authentique Surf School who will give you personalized advice directly in the water, which will guarantee you rapid progress. After an hour and a half of lessons, it will be time to go back to the Authentique Surf School hut to return the equipment you have been lent (surfboard, wetsuit, lycra) and for a short debriefing.
Obviously, the more time you spend in the water, the more you will progress!
