Activity description

Enjoy a 3 or 4 day course to learn survival techniques in the Gorges du Tarn near Toulouse and Albi with Alex, a passionate instructor.

With Alexandre, you will spend three or four days in the middle of nature not far from Toulouse.

Throughout the course, he will explain survival methods so that everyone can put their knowledge into practice. Sometimes the weather is unpleasant (rain, wind...) but these are the rules of the game! He will also work on the mental side of situations (stress management) and will pass on his experience in survival so that you can make the most of it.

The survival course takes place without food. You will have to do your best to find what you need: plants, insects, mushrooms, animals and anything else that can be eaten. The instructor is keen to keep this guideline in mind so that you can see how a blessing from mother nature becomes an unforgettable moment.

Come and take a deep breath of fresh air and spend a moment in total harmony with nature with Immersion Break Nature between Toulouse and Albi!
