Activity Snapshot
Activity description
Wakeboarding is a water sport in which the rider, standing on a wakeboard (a shortboard with foot bindings), is towed behind a motorboat across its wake and especially up off the crest in order to perform aerial maneuvers. A hallmark of wakeboarding is the attempted performance of midair tricks. Wakeboarding was developed from a combination of water skiing, snowboarding, and surfing techniques.
You will be able to learn with a highly experienced instructor. He will give you first all the material needed, some basic techniques, and the safety requirement. From there he will take you on the boat and you will be able to get on the board in the water and start riding!!
Wakeboarding is the most recent brother of waterskiing, it is a mixture of waterskiing and other land and snow boardsports. Wakeboarding is relatively fast to learn. You will be able to learn the techniques and can even find your self standing up on your first go.
