Activity description

Get ready for the ultimate experience and take a kitesurfing course in Pounda beach, Paros. Paros Kite offers semi-private courses and private coaching for all levels in Pounda beach.

Paros Kite follows the IKO teaching system, which divides riders into 3 levels- beginner, intermediate and advanced kitesurfers. Over 2 or 3 days you will learn the basics of kitesurfing and become a confident rider. Ideal beach and wind condition all the time create an idyllic place for kitesurfing.

A semi-private lesson is for 2 people. You will never be in a group of more than 2 people. Thus, you can progress under the supervision of your instructor.

Levels:
There are 3 different levels. Level 1 for beginners, Level 2 for intermediate kitesurfers, and 3 for advanced kiteboarders.

Duration:
if you are running low on time and aren't sure if kitesurfing is for you, you can have a trial version of 2 hours. If you are ready to ride the waves, you can either get a level 1 class, level 2, level 3, or you can even combine the levels to progress faster. The continuous practice during these lessons will offer you rapid progress. You will be amazed by the improvements you can achieve.

The kite spot:
It is simply the perfect kite spot. A sandy beach with no obstacles and a shallow side, offering a safe learning environment and a perfect kite spot for experienced riders. The side shore wind is always constant, with an average of 4 to 5 windy days per week all year, from 12 to 35 knots.

The IKO Certification:
By the end of your training, you will receive your IKO membership card. Upon completion of all 3 levels, you will be considered an independent rider and you will be able to rent equipment anywhere in the world.
