This trip to Landmannalaugar from Reykjavík takes place in a comfortable super jeep, accompanied by a guide who will show you the superb sites you will come across along the way: the Hekla volcano and its impressive scenery, as well as the Sigöldufoss waterfall and its magnificent turquoise waters. After just over 3 hours on the road, you will reach the Fjallabak nature reserve and finally get to discover Landmannalaugar, with a dip in its hot springs if you wish. The rest of the day will take you to the crater of Ljótipollur, and finally to the valley of Thjorsardalur (Þjórsárdalur) where you can admire the superb Hjálparfoss waterfall before returning to Reykjavík.

- Pick-up in Reykjavík (may take up to 30 minutes)
- Approx. 3 hours and 15 minutes drive by super jeep to Landmannalaugar where you will have time to explore and bathe in the hot springs
- Continuation of the excursion to Ljótipollur (approx. 20-minute journey) to admire the crater
- Continue on to the Þjórsárdalur valley (approx. 1.5 hour drive) to see the Hjálparfoss waterfall
- Return to Reykjavík after around 1.5 hour on the road
