This is a 20 minute flight that allows you to discover paragliding at an 800 metre altitude. You will take in your surroundings whilst flying at a leisurely pace over the sugar cane fields and conservatoire botanique national de Mascarin. You will then join the Bay of Saint Leu which will give you an overhead view of the ravines and lagoons. The lucky ones amongst you may meet the famous white-tailed tropicbirds and admire the sea turtles of Kelonia.

You will then glide to a gentle stop at the beach at the end of your flight.  This flight will without a doubt be a combination of colours and unforgettable memories, an experience you’ll want to live time and again.  

This activity is open to all as there are no specific fitness requirements (please see the special terms section).

Tandem flight from the 800m of altitude

After taking off and flying away from the hilly area, you take control and pilot the paraglider until you get close to the bay of Saint-Leu, accompanied by your instructor.

You follow the flying advice and fly the aircraft yourself.

Your instructor takes back control of the aircraft so you can enjoy the "coral reef" show, before landing on the beach.

Want to try acrobatic paragliding without becoming certified then why not give this activity a shot?! Taking off from Colimacon at Saint Leu at an 800 metre altitude, you’ll learn how to fly a wing under the guidance of your instructor.

You will then arrive over the ocean in a whirlwind of dynamic acrobatics, giving you a taste of gravity. This 30 minute flight will leave you with unbelievable memories for years to come.

With an early morning take-off at an altitude of 1,500 metres, you’ll be in the air just in time to soak up the daybreak sunshine.

This flight will enable you to discover the forest environment first thing in the morning and possibly witness the Reunion Harrier in its element. You will then arrive at the Bay of Saint Leu, where you will enjoy the extraordinary marine wildlife from above. The ever changing scenery will be your constant companion throughout this 30 minute flight.
