Suitable for anyone of moderate physical fitness, this altitude hike to over 1,000m has a steep incline and will have you scrambling, climbing, jumping and walking through an untamed mountain terrain – stopping to catch your breath at important landmarks along the way. Summiting Table Mountain peak is one of the most popular hikes - available on an easy or more challenging route. Tackling Lion’s Head is a more scenic yet adventurous route with some small ladders and chain holds to help you as you traverse the steep escarpments. Reaching the top at 669 is your reward – offering coastal views along the Cape of Good Hope. Returning to the CBD, you can choose to walk down with your guide or take a shortcut by returning via cable car (at your own cost).
