Enjoy a half-day of canyoning in the Cramassouri canyon in Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée near Nice with a state-certified instructor!
Easily accessible, sunny and offering beautiful pools of crystal clear water, the canyon of Cramassouri is short and very fun, making it ideal to learn or discover the activity with friends or family. Polished rocks, generous basins, and narrow passages follow each other until the confluence with the Tinée river.

- Approach walk: 15 min.
- Descent: 2.5 hours
- Walk back: 5 min.

- You meet your guide at the exit of the village of Plan-du-Var in the Alpes Maritimes. He distributes the equipment and explains the various canyoning techniques.
- After an approach walk of about 15 minutes, you arrive at the departure of the Cramassouri canyon.
- Then, you start a beautiful descent of 2,5 hours with slides, jumps, swimming, etc. The route ends with a beautiful waterfall of 10 meters that you cross either by jumping, sliding or abseiling. You land in a large and wonderful pool!
- You then walk for about 5 minutes to exit the canyon.
All participants must be able to swim.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
