- Tienen una persona extra en Silfra asistiéndote antes y después de la experiencia de snorkel. A esta persona la llaman Surface Support y se asegura de que tu excursión se desarrolle sin problemas. También proporcionan seguridad adicional para usted y los guías.
- Construyeron su propio vestuario para que los huéspedes tengan la oportunidad de vestirse dentro de un vestuario con calefacción.

We had Constance as instructor and she was awesome. Not only did she give great instructions and information... she also had a lot of humor. It made the whole 'getting into cold water' thing a lot easier. The humor (and stories of disney villain orca's), instructions and help with getting the suits on were great. And she gave us plenty of time to swim around, which was nice too! So thanks Constance!
