You’ll have a dedicated account manager who is available (by telephone, email or appointment) to help you, while also sharing industry advice and training to develop your activities, thanks to our international and multi-activity experience.

Receive your bookings
Receive booking requests and respond easily by email, SMS or via your partner area. You are free to accept, reschedule or deny booking requests. For partners with software tools connected via API, the booking information will be available directly in your schedule. The customer service team is always on hand to help you if you need it
Welcome your clients
The clients have already paid online at Manawa. On the day of the activity, after verifying their reservation number, the only thing left to do is let them discover your activity, just like your regular customers
Automatically receive your payment
On the 15th of the month following date of the activity, you will automatically receive the payment by a secure bank transfer from Manawa directly into your bank account
