A really well organised trip. In advance of the trip we received emails with advice. The day before we received reminders with more specific details for meeting up. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful, from the bus driver to the group leaders.

Excellent. It was well organised and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was awful - don’t expect more than a thin but warm broth. But the hot chocolate by the fire was lovely
Got picked up by the minibus when leaving the ferry. Camp Troll is just a couple of minutes from the ferry. Nice snowmobiles. Friendly people that took good care of us. My son in his suit was like a little mascot during the ride :-) . You never know if you have the same people on a next trip. But if it were the same people we would book again...without hesitation.

Our guides were really nice and warm eventhough we were facing problem controlling the snowmobile in the beginning. They even encouraged us to do our best, and did not leave us behind. They really took a good care of the guest, ensuring everybody have a good time, because along the way, we found 1 snowmobile participant got lost in the middle of the mountain, and we also almost got lost, but luckily we had our guide behind us that led us the way. Overall, really thankful for the tour provider!
Parfaite ... accueil dans un chalet avec une belle cheminée central. Café et thé a disposition ainsi que des toilettes si besoin.
