Our instructors were very kind, patient and friendly. They spoke good English, so we understood everything perfectly.

They said we hadn't paid when we had. Luckily we had paperwork. As snorkelers, we were mostly ignored. Although the captain did tell us where the cave was and the crew was concerned for safety. I actually cut my foot trying to get back on the boat with no help.

We didn't have an instructor as just snorkeling but we could hear the instructors with the people who were scuba diving and they seem very professional and friendly. They also messaged to say they could collect us from the hotel and return afterwards at NO extra cost
