Alagna Valsesia is a small mountain village located at an elevation of 1.192 meters south of Monte Rosa, the second highest mountain in Europe and north of the Valsesia Valley.

Alagna is easily reachable by car from Milan, Turin and also from France thanks to the Tunnel of Mont Blanc. Alagna Valsesia is a paradise for mountain lovers both in summer and winter. Over the years it has become internationally famous for freeride, off-piste skiing and snowboarding mostly because the domain has a great quantity of routes. The Monterosa ski resort is also the best place to go if you want to ski touring or heliskiing.

What about climbing? “Fun’d Scotte” cliff is one the historical free climbing walls of Valsesia where you can practice bouldering. Monte Rosa offers a huge variety of climbing ascents and via ferrata to challenge you for a lifetime!

You can explore a huge network of trails using mountain bike wether you look for easy mid-mountain trails suitable for families, or for the adrenaline rush of free riding on two wheels! Alagna Valsesia is located on the river Sesia, a glacial river which traverses the all valley and has perfect conditions for rafting, kayaking, hydro speed and canyoning!
