- Nous avons une personne supplémentaire à Silfra qui vous assiste avant et après l'expérience de snorkeling. Nous appelons cette personne "Surface Support" et elle s'assure du bon déroulement de votre excursion. Elle assure également votre sécurité et celle des guides.
- Nous avons construit notre propre vestiaire afin que nos clients puissent s'habiller dans une camionnette chauffée.
- Après la plongée en apnée dans l'eau froide, nous vous réchauffons avec du cacao chaud et des biscuits.
- Nos guides sont tous des divemasters et des instructeurs PADI expérimentés qui ont suivi une formation professionnelle avant d'organiser nos excursions.

Unser Tauchlehrer Andreas war sehr freundlich und fürsorglich, ein guter Pädagoge, er erklärte sehr gut.

We had Constance as instructor and she was awesome. Not only did she give great instructions and information... she also had a lot of humor. It made the whole 'getting into cold water' thing a lot easier. The humor (and stories of disney villain orca's), instructions and help with getting the suits on were great. And she gave us plenty of time to swim around, which was nice too! So thanks Constance!
