Sichere, verbindliche Anweisungen. In der dunklen Höhle wäre ein bischen mehr Info zum Ablauf schön gewesen. Hätte man Angest im dunklen gehabt wäre es nicht so gut gewesen.

Chisco was our guide, he was great!! We felt very safe, he explained everything really well, let us go at our own pace. He was funny, great language skills. Would recommend any time again!

The guide/instructor was very friendly. We laughed a lot, he was joking all the time. We learned also a lot about the nature and the island.

Juan was amazingly professional and a fun person to be around. We actually didn't have enough time to go on that day, but he offered us an altered route so we were still able to experience it. He paid attention to our different skill levels and made sure everyone was able to get the most of ourselves.

The guide was helpful and very knowledgeable about geology. He made sure everyone was comfortable with the activities at hand, and provided assistance when necessary.

Our guide (Juan Fran) was fantastic. I did this activity with my 2 sons (12 and 15 years). In our group (8 people) were also more experienced people. For all of us it was really fun. The guide was helpful, very enthusiastic and a real good climber. He had everything under control and provided help when needed. He was very kind to the children and after this day they only would like one thing: tomorrow again, mum?
