Better Moments

We did the wild life Safari boat tour and it was excellent. We saw a walrus, minke whales, beluga whales and numerous bird species. Bjorn and Marcos were amazing. They made an effort to make sure we could see as much as possible. Marcos was very thorough and knowledgeable about the area and animals. I highly recommend taking a tour with Bjorn and Marcos!!!

Good information about the surroundings and the nature. We got lunch on board and drinks were available.

Shane was wonderful. Incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and just all round the perfect host. Very clear in his instructions, and really made the whole trip memorable. He deserves a raise!

First class service. Boat motorman showed us walruses, whales and arctic birds during our tour.

The two guys that led the tour were very attentive and helpful.

Excellent communication and experience

Our only negative feedback was they went quite fast when searching for animals, and it wasn’t until the engines stopped that we felt we might see something! Otherwise, staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and the soup provided was delicious!

Pro team! All was well organized. Not just a tour but history review was given of Svalbard.

Our guide was very eloquent and had fantastic sense of humor. He was familiar with animals that live in the area of Svalbard. He also told us a lot of stories and historical details about Svalbard.

The captain Chris was great!

Did not catch his name because my hearing is not so great, but he was a Swedish environmental science grad student who was amazing! very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and provided a great prep with interesting background information, Snowmobile operation was a breeze, fun and safe, and exhilarating in the polar night. Supper at the isolated hut was hot and delicious and kindly served by our guide. Please extend our thanks to him for leading this wonderful excursion!
