Instructors were very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly with an obvious passion for the activity and the area.

Our guide Rui was amazing ! Not only was he knowledgable on the geography and history of the area making the activity all the more interesting but he was there for motivation and words of encouragement that really got me to push past what I f thought I was capable of ! Had it not been for his motivation I may not have completed the course and I would’ve regretted it!
Marco is a very nice and patience instructor who will help you with everything. He even picked us up to arrange the transfer to the Arribida national park.

Marco the guide made all the difference. He was very friendly and great to talk with. He really made us feel safe with the safety measures he took for our group. Definitely go with Marco if you can. No brainer.

The organization of the tour was unfortunately poor. We arrived 20 mins early, in order to change into our wetsuits and be ready to start the tour on time. However, the tour guide took 45 mins to get all equipment ready. The tour guide was also quite short tempered, which made the trip less fun than it could be. The tour was also ended 20 min earlier. If you are comfortable kayaking without guidance, we would recommend to rent the boats out yourself. Could be more fun!

L'instructeur fut a la hauteur de l'activité, c'est a dire parfait, bien que celui-ci ne parlais pas le français comme nous l'espérions, c'est une personne exceptionnel, de plus nous avons eu la chance d'être dans un groupe réduit ( seulement nous et l'instructeur ) ce qui nous a permis de beaucoup échangé avec lui. Enfin pour conclure le tout il nous a ramener a la gare la plus proche a la fin de l'activité afin de nous évité le prix d'un Uber comme nous avions initialement l'intention de le faire.

Our instructor Marco did a great job! He was on time, very professional and skilled at caving. He patiently explained everything to us and made sure we felt comfortable with what we were doing. Highly recommend Marco!
