Illes Baleares Ballooning wurde 2006 von Jordi gegründet, nachdem er 15 Jahre lang über Mallorca geflogen war. Er fliegt seit 1989 und hat nun ein komplettes Team von zertifizierten Heißluftballon-Piloten.
Das Team:
Jordi, Betriebsleiter und Leiter der Flüge & hat 2.000 Flugstunden.
Josep, Luftfahrtingenieur, Konstrukteur der Ballone und einer der besten Piloten. Er überarbeitet regelmäßig die gesamte Ausrüstung. Er führt Festigkeitstests in den Segeln, Bewertungen, Brennern und Zylindern sowie Qualitätskontrollen der Körbe durch.
Julio, Pilot mit über 200 Flugstunden. Bergführer (3500m) & setzt das 'A' in Abenteuer!
Carles, erfahrener Pilot mit über 1000 Flugstunden.
Jordi R, Pilot mit über 500 Flugstunden und TMA (zertifiziert als Wartungstechniker). Er ist auch Präsident der Nationalen Technischen Kommission der Ballonfahrt.
Frank, Pilot mit über 1600 Flugstunden.

Everyone was incredibly nice, sweet and funny. They explained everything down to the detail, leaving no space for misunderstandings, whatsoever. Since arriving at the spot to the moment we landed, the whole crew was comprehensive, thoughtful and great company as well.
Os instrutores foram fantasticos. Extremamente cordiais, explicam todo o procedimento em diversas línguas e ainda nos permitem interagir com eles durante a montagem e desmontagem do equipamento.
The host/pilot was amazing. Kind and funny. I am afraid of heights but he made it so much easier.
