Illes Balears Ballooning is an aerial company founded in 2006 in Cala Rajada, Mallorca, representing over 18 years of local expertise. Directed by Operations Manager Jordi Aracil Romero, who holds 4,000 flight hours, the team includes pilots who have represented Spain in European and World championships.

With Illes Balears Ballooning, you will fly over the Mediterranean Sea, the Mallorcan coastline, and the Tramuntana Mountains at an average altitude of 300 metres. The company operates year-round and conducts more than 200 sunset flights annually.

As an aerial work company authorised by Civil Aviation for passenger transport, safety is overseen by a dedicated aeronautical engineer who performs regular technical inspections on envelopes, burners, and baskets. The collaborating pilots provide additional experience ranging from 500 to 2,000 flight hours. This structure specialises in aerial photography, filming, and passenger excursions, ensuring technical precision for every ascent over the island’s varied landscapes.
