Course of events
You should plan to spend around 2.5 hours on this activity:
- Pick-up at one of the set locations or arrival at the meeting point at least 20 or 40 minutes before the start of the activity (depending on where you want to be picked up)

Activity requirements
Please arrive at the pick-up or meeting point at least 20 to 40 minutes (depending on your pick-up point) before your departure time as indicated in the itinerary.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Your instructors offer free transportation to the site of the experience from the following locations in Kemi and Tornio-Haparanda. Please get in touch with them once your reservation is confirmed to set up a pick-up time and place. Usually, pick-up starts 20 minutes before departure from Kemi and 40 minutes from Tornio-Haparanda.

There, your instructor will welcome you and distribute the winter overalls, shoes, wool socks, and gloves that you'll use throughout the experience. They'll give you a quick safety briefing and lead you to a car that will transport you to the reindeer farm.
Once you arrive at the farm, the adventure will begin! You'll head straight to the reindeer enclosure, meet these magical creatures and feed them their favourite snack: reindeer moss. You'll have the chance to take wonderful pictures with them and then learn how to throw a Suopunki, a lasso used to catch reindeer. Next, it's time for a fun and relaxing 1.5-kilometre reindeer sleigh ride around the stunning landscapes of Finnish Lapland, after which you will receive an International Reindeer Driving License! Finally, the experience will come to an end as you sip on delicious hot drinks and pastries in a cosy Lappish hut, before returning to Kemi.
