First Paragliding Experience in Le Grand-Bornand

Please allow approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for the entire experience.

• Meeting at the Airlinks Parapente premises in Le Grand-Bornand, 10 minutes before the start of the activity (communal car park with shuttle bus stop and public toilets nearby)
• 4x4 transfer or lift ride to the take-off area at Mont Lachat (2,100 metres): first the Rosay gondola lift (10 to 15 minutes), then the Lachat chairlift (10 to 15 minutes)
• During the ascent, the instructor will give you a briefing to help you understand the take-off process and get the most out of your paragliding flight
• Safety briefing
• Preparation and equipment of paragliding gear
• Take-off for a 10-minute (depending on weather conditions) discovery paragliding flight in Le Grand-Bornand, at an altitude of approximately 1,100 metres, including acrobatics of varying degrees of excitement depending on your preferences
• Landing either in the village next to the ice rink or on the Bouchet landing area, depending on weather conditions
• Return by shuttle bus to the premises
• Debriefing and end of the activity with the reception of a super co-pilot certificate

• Minimum weight: 110 lbs (50 kg)
• Maximum weight: 220 lbs (100 kg)
