Your 1.5-hour SUP lesson will start in Portofino, where you will meet your instructor. After a short briefing, they'll hand you the equipment including a SUP board, paddle and life vest (neoprene suit and shoes in winter as well!). During this SUP lesson, your instructor will teach you how to handle the equipment and the fundamentals of stand-up paddling. As you paddle from the shores of Paraggi Bay, you’ll get incredible views of Portofino, Paraggi’s Castle and the Nature Park surrounding Portofino.

- Briefing, equipment and warm-up.
- 1.5-hour SUP lesson in Portofino.
- The minimum age for this activity is 14 years old. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Knowing how to swim is mandatory.
