Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

All passengers must show a valid ID or Passport at the check in desk in order to board at the helicopter.

The maximum authorised weight per passenger is 120 kg (264.55 lbs.). If you exceed 110 kg, you will be asked to pay for two seats.

The helicopter can take 3 passengers per flight.

This flight is not private and there may be other passengers on board with you. The helicopter is designed to carry a maximum of three passengers, and we need to distribute the weight of the passengers evenly for the safety and stability of the aircraft.
