Activity description
Enjoy the incomparable sensation of riding a dog sled in the Pyrenees. The best mushing excursion in Andorra is in Grau Roig, Grandvalira.
Andorra is a winter paradise just a few kilometres from Spain and France. It is located in the Pyrenees and is a perfect destination for lovers of snow activities. Grau Roig, in Andorra, near the Grandvalira ski resort, is one of the few places where you can do the spectacular activity: dog sledding.
Once the musher welcomes you and the dogs are ready for the experience, they will explain what the activity consists of and you will be able to get to know the dogs and the world of mushing.
Then, once you are seated in the sled, which can be used by two adults or one adult and two small children, the dog sled ride will begin. In the middle of the ride, the musher will order the dogs to stop and you can take the opportunity to ask any questions or curiosities you may have, as well as take photos with the huskies.
Once the stop has been made, you will set off again through the spectacular forest, observing the imposing landscape from a unique perspective until you reach the starting point where the activity ends and you will be able to pet the dogs.
