Immerse yourself in a unique outdoor experience right in the heart of Innsbruck. With just a sail, a bridge, and a surfboard, you can surf against the current. UP STREAM SURFING combines the exhilaration of wakeboarding with the thrill of surfing, allowing you to perform turns, 360s, or even bunny hops. Our qualified surf coaches will be there by your side, providing guidance and support as you become a pro on the wild waters of Innsbruck. Through practice on the static rope and surfing with our UP STREAM system, you can safely and effectively enhance your skills. After just two hours, you'll be able to ride the water and put your newfound abilities to the test.

Surfing at our beautiful location in Innsbruck is a privilege enjoyed by few, as it is only accessible through private property. We are the sole authorized surf operators in Innsbruck, making this experience truly unique.

- Enjoy 2 hours of surfing, starting with exercises on the static (fixed) rope and then riding upstream with our UP STREAM system.

Course of events

Surf against the current and embark on an unforgettable adventure! In our UP STREAM SURFING courses, whether you're a beginner or a more advanced surfer, you will learn to master the surfboard and execute clean turns in the water. Our qualified instructors will be there every step of the way, ensuring you become a skilled surfer in no time.

Begin by practicing on a static rope attached to the bridge. Once you feel comfortable getting up on the board and gaining a sense of balance, progress to the UP STREAM SURFING system. There, you can demonstrate your skills and ride against the current at speeds exceeding 30 km/h and distances of up to 300 meters—an adrenaline rush that all outdoor enthusiasts will relish. What makes our system special is that it operates solely on flow energy, making it environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Activity requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years old and possess basic swimming skills. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you will need a declaration of consent from your parents or a legal guardian.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the course.
