During this discovery dive on the island of Faial, you'll learn about diving equipment, basic safety rules and discover the sensation of breathing underwater. Before your first dive, you'll have an online theory session to learn the basics of scuba diving. Your instructor will then give you another briefing at the dive centre and, when you're ready, you'll leave by boat to dive in the Atlantic, always accompanied by your professional and experienced instructor. Your first dive will last around 25 minutes and will take you to a depth of between 6 and 12 metres.
