At 9:45 we meet at our dive centre to get ready and receive all the previous explanations from the guide (itinerary to follow, handling of the kayak,...).

At 10:15 we paddle from the Club Náutico de Santa Ponsa to the Marine Reserve of the Malgrats Islands, where we will paddle along the coast and visit the most interesting spots.

Along the route we will make several stops to rest, swim or, if you wish, snorkel. Among the most interesting spots, there is a small cave, a natural swimming pool and a beach with crystalline waters from where we will start our return to the port, where we will arrive around 13:30h.
