Try Stand Up Paddle and make it whatever you want it to be. It can be a relaxing outing on the calm waters to discover the coast around Sanur or a sporty surf in the waves! SUP is great for fitness and balance, it's also a fun new way to surf waves with no surfing experience required. Stand up paddle is super easy to learn and handle so if you're a beginner, don't hesitate!
LEVEL 1 - FLAT WATER PADDLING
Learn the tricks and technics of stand up paddleboarding with a first lesson to get you going. On land you’ll learn about the best paddling technique and how to stand on the board. Then, on calm water, you'll practice paddling and turning. After a short while, you'll be able to paddle along the coasts autonomously.
LEVEL 2 - WAVE SURFING
Once you’re steady on your feet and have understood how to speed up on the water, you can move on to riding waves! Your instructor will take you out in easy waves, show you the technics and help you to become autonomous. You’ll learn how to switch your feet into a wave riding position and how you can use your paddle to control the board.
LEVEL 3 - BIG WAVE RIDER
This course steps it up a notch and aims to take you out of your comfort zone and push the limits of your skills. Learn how to take on big waves with a theory lesson on the beach before you go beyond white waters in the big waves. You'll learn how to powerfully paddle into cresting waves and use your fins for faster turns.
2 hour lesson of stand up paddle adapted to your level and expectations.
