Activity description
This globally recognized certification program is the best way to begin your lifelong adventures as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. You will earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification.

With personalized training and taking 2-3 days, we make sure you are truly comfortable underwater with the skills and equipment you will use.
The SSI Training Materials and Online Training program are designed so that you can learn academics at your own pace when it is convenient for you. You can complete the academics online when you sign up for SSI’s Online Training program, and then attend review sessions at our SSI Dive Center.
You will complete 4 open water dives with exercises and underwater practice and have the chance to experience everything you learned through academic sessions, hands-on. After successful completion of your open water training dives and the final exam, you will become a Certified Diver. The SSI Open Water Diver certification is recognized worldwide so your diving experiences will be limitless.
- People with serious health problems cannot participate in this scuba diving experience.
- A medical questionnaire is required in every course.
We pick up from hotels at Agia Pelagia, Heraklion, Fodele, Ammoudara, Chersonisos, Gouves, Kokkini Hani, Gournes, Stalida, Malia.
The transfer service is between 9 am and 9.30 am, and depends on the schedule that day, as we will pick up several dive groups together. Exact pick-up info will be communicated one day before the dive, between 6 and 8 PM (make sure to check you spam).
