Have you ever wanted to be a mermaid? Join the Try Mermaid program and turn your ideas into reality! You will participate in a mermaid experience in limited waters and learn basic mermaid abilities, such as swimming with a mermaid monofin.

Earn your Try Mermaid certification.

Offer Description

Mermaid diving is an intriguing new trend in the diving industry. Divers wear a mermaid tail instead of regular diving gear, allowing them to swim like a mermaid or merman.

Mermaid diving is appropriate for both novice and expert divers who are comfortable in the water and have basic swimming skills. Mermaid diving is more than just swimming around with a tail. It's also about discovering the undersea world in an unusual and beautiful way.

Participants in mermaiding utilize their entire body, similar to dolphins. The action begins in the chest and spreads like a wave throughout the entire body.

The mermaid tail adds a magical and entertaining aspect to the dive, and many divers like doing acrobatics and swimming in formation with other mermaids. Divers should always dive with a companion and only use mermaid tails in water free of sharp objects and currents.

Mermaid diving is also an excellent method to develop one's swimming and underwater skills, as well as one's confidence and physical condition.
