Organised according to age and ability, choose from either a 3-hour, 5-hour or 10-hour package that is geared toward beginners with no previous experience. The windsurf course is situated near the Galeb Campsite, which is a protected beach with sea defences and a shallow, sandy bottom bay. The adventure begins when you meet your certified instructor at the activity base on Omiš Beach. They will combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on learning and you'll begin on the sand with an introduction to the sail, board, and mast, as well as an ocean safety briefing. You'll also practise your startup sequence and learn how to pull up the sail, balance on the board, and tack into the wind, moving onto turns and water starts.
