A popular discipline originating in Hawaii, stand up paddling allows you to navigate in complete tranquillity on a large surfboard, using a simple paddle. It is a relaxing activity, ideal for enjoying the waters of the Adour and Nive rivers in Bayonne in complete peace and quiet. This two-hour SUP ride will be done in the direction of the current to allow everyone to enjoy it, without having to make too much effort.

You will have the choice of three rivers in the Basque Country to carry out this stand up paddle excursion in Bayonne and its surroundings, right next to other famous towns on the Basque coast such as Biarritz, Capbreton or Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
