Do a refresher dive in the Lerins Islands from Mandelieu-la-Napoule with La Rague Diving Centre!

Situated on the outskirts of Cannes, the Lerins Islands separate the Gulf of Napoule from the Gulf of Juan. Composed of two large islands: Sainte-Marguerite Island and Saint-Honorat Island, the Lérins archipelago is a biodiversity hotspot that is home to a fauna and flora typical of the North West Mediterranean Sea. Discover the beauty of the coastal and underwater landscapes of the Estérel-Théoule departmental maritime park and the Lérins islands, near Cannes, during a refresher dive! Thanks to the Scuba Skills Update, regain confidence in your diving skills and dive again with ease!

Accompanied by a state-qualified diving instructor, cross the Estérel-Théoule departmental maritime park and enjoy breathtaking scenery! Admire the impressive red rock formations of the Estérel coastline and observe the seabed of the Côte d'Azur while reviewing and applying the diving techniques you learned during your training. If you haven't dived for a while and are losing confidence in your diving skills then this refresher course is for you!

Course of events

- Meeting point at the Centre de Plongée de La Rague - Rue du Capitaine de Corvette Marché, 06210 Mandelieu-la-Napoule.
- Welcome and briefing on the course of the baptism, the underwater environment, the equipment used and safety.
- Fitting of the diving equipment.
- Departure from the port of La Rague on board the RIB of the Centre de Plongée de La Rague.
- Boat trip to the dive sites near the bay of Cannes (Estérel-Théoule Departmental Maritime Park or Lerins Islands).
- Refresher course and sea diving with your instructor.
- Return to the port of La Rague.

A diving certificate is required to partake in the activity.
