Depending on what you want to do, the diving centre can offer you either a simple 20-minute first dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres, or a combination of this first dive with 1 or 2 other 45-minute dives that will allow you to focus more on the aquatic environment in which you will be immersed. The first dive focuses on the first sensations experienced underwater (the absence of gravity, breathing through a regulator, the silence that surrounds you beneath the surface, etc.) as well as the basics of communicating with your instructor, things that you will become more familiar with on the second dive, which will be the perfect opportunity to observe your surroundings!
