Federal level 1 diving course in Cerbere, Pyrénées-Orientales

Take a 3-day diving course and pass the French level 1 diploma allowing you to dive to a depth of 20 metres in total autonomy.

This training is presented in the form of a 3-day course during which you will be supervised by professional divers from the Cap Cerbère school who will teach you all the techniques of scuba diving so that you can validate the first level of diving and obtain your certification.

During these 3 days you will learn how to prepare your equipment as well as all the techniques and tricks of scuba diving: managing your balance, your breathing, your communication and swimming with tank etc.

You will evolve in a small group of 4 people maximum, in a secure and exceptional environment in the middle of the marine reserve of Cerbère de Banyuls, one of the most beautiful diving sites of the Mediterranean coast.
