Activity description

Have you always wanted to discover scuba diving but never had the time during your holidays? Plongée3P offers you the opportunity to discover this activity in the Paris region.

When you arrive at the Argenteuil aquatic complex near Paris, you will be welcomed by your state-qualified instructor. He will introduce you to the premises, in particular the pit in which you will make your first dive.

He will explain to you the safety instructions to be followed for the good progress of the activity.

The duration of the session is at least 1 hour, and can vary according to the number of participants. It includes the handling of the equipment, the immersion in the water (about 20 minutes) and the storage of the equipment. You will evolve between 5 to 6m of depth maximum.

You will discover the equipment as well as the basic techniques to communicate underwater. With the help of your instructor and your equipment, you will approach the surface of the water.

With a mask on your face and a regulator in your mouth, the dive will be done at your own pace. Discover the feeling of weightlessness and buoyancy during your first dive near Paris. Afterwards, you will make your first moves in the water. This is the opportunity to apply the techniques taught by your instructor!

Finally, you will return to the surface and receive your first dive diploma.
