Learn to sail a catamaran in the Camargue Regional Nature Park from Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer with the Camargue Nautique Club!
Located 1 hour drive from Montpellier, Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer is considered the capital of the Camargue because of its central position on the coast. A natural region in France, the Camargue is a biodiversity hotspot that is home to numerous animal and plant species. A true jewel of the French Riviera, the Camargue offers varied and breathtaking landscapes such as the magnificent lagoons of the Camargue Regional Nature Park.
Accompanied by a state-qualified instructor, learn the basics of sailing a catamaran during a two-hour private lesson. Accessible to all, the Camargue Nautique Club's private catamaran lesson is ideal for an introduction to the pleasures of sailing. Use the wind to your advantage and enjoy the sensation of speed in the warm waters of the Mediterranean. During your navigation at sea, you may even have the opportunity to meet some dolphins!

- Meeting point at Camargue Nautique Club - Av. Théodore Aubanel, 13460 Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
- Set up of the equipment by your instructor.
- Preparation of the equipment and technical explanations.
- Sailing on a catamaran at sea accompanied by your instructor on board a motor boat.
- Return to Camargue Nautique Club and storage of the equipment.
It is imperative to know how to swim to do this activity, except for children under 7 years old who are equipped with special life jackets.
Special terms
A parental authorization is required for minors practicing the activity without their parents.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
