Welcome to one of the most famous surfing destinations in France: Seignosse
Authentic Surf School has been created by two surf and ocean lovers. They will welcome you in Seignosse to discover the joys of the first glides with a board but also to better understand the dangers of the ocean. The surfing course allows you to discover the basics of this sport with a formula adapted to your profile.
After your arrival at the surf school in Seignosse, you will have to put on a wetsuit and a lycra in order to be in optimal conditions to discover surfing. After that, it will be time to warm up and discover the theoretical part of surfing. The instructors Michaël and Mikaël will teach you the different priority and safety rules to apply in the water but also the basics of take off and the use of a surfboard.
After the theory, you will be accompanied in the water by the instructors who will give you personalised advice directly in the water, which will guarantee you rapid progress. After an hour and a half of lessons it will be time to return to the Authentique Surf School hut to return the equipment that has been lent to you (surfboard, wetsuit, lycra).
