Activity description
Go on a sea kayak day trip with Odyssey Club, and explore the island of Ulysses in a very unique way. There are three different day trips to choose from, all in different locations. All the places have been chosen for their extreme beauty that will leave you thrilled. Go live your own "Odyssey" in the Ithaca island and create memories you will never forget.
Do I need any previous experience to go sea kayaking?
The answer is simply no. The instructors of Odyssey Diving have many years of instruction experience in sea kayaking and they will teach you everything before entering the water. They also stay nearby when sea kayaking in case you need any help. In any case, there is a rescue boat at your call if you need it. The waters in Ithaca are usually flat and crystal clear giving you the best possible sea kayaking experience.
The Excursions
You will be kayaking along the coastline of Ithaka. You will start from Vathy harbour and then you can either do the beaches Gidaki, Filiatro and Sarakiniko, or you can kayak along Nirikos coast to arrive in the end to Lazareto island (round trip). You can also explore the underwater world by snorkeling in Nisopoulo island. You can find in the options below the different excursion and choose the best one for you.
