A must-visit site from Saint-François, La Désirade is a wild and unspoilt island to the east of Guadeloupe, where it is great to spend a day or 2 discovering its superb scenery. And to make the most of its trails in the heart of nature, nothing beats renting a buggy from the port of La Désirade, as soon as your ferry arrives from Grande-Terre!

With your buggy in La Désirade, you will be able to cross the island's plateau and quickly reach its north-eastern tip famous for its former meteorological station, while linking the various beaches: Fanfan beach, Anse Rivière beach, etc. You will be provided with a map, address book and tourist suggestions to help you make the most of all the island has to offer!

With a maximum of 3 or 6 people per vehicle, renting a buggy in La Désirade will allow you to visit the island at your own pace, without worrying about arriving late to catch your return ferry to Saint-François!

- Meeting with the team in the car park of the port of La Désirade as soon as you arrive on the island by ferry from Saint-François (the guide will contact you by telephone as soon as you disembark so that you can find him easily / transfer not included in the price)

- Administrative formalities and handover of the buggy keys

- Departure for a day of discovery of La Désirade on board the buggy, until the return time of the vehicle at 3.45 p.m. maximum if you have to take the ferry back to Saint-François at 4 p.m. (timetables vary according to the season), but if you spend the night on the island, it is possible to return the buggy later

- Return of the buggy with a full tank, then end of the activity

Activity requirements

Minimum driver age: 18 years old

All drivers must bring a physical copy of their driver's license.

Special terms

A deposit of €800 per buggy rented will be required on site by bank transfer.

You will need to refuel the buggy before returning it.
